Meet Dr. Lindsay Maxson
Dr. Lindsay Maxson is a licensed clinical social worker with years of experience. From individuals, couples, and families, she has helped many with the therapeutic process. Creating a safe, validating, and compassionate therapeutic alliance with each of her clients.
Additionally, Dr. Maxson works as a sports psychologist and mental health counselor. She works with D1 athletes for the Athletics Department at Illinois State University. She works to promote both their mental health and fitness.
Dr. Maxson is also an adjunct professor within the School of Social Work and Education at Aurora University. She has experience providing consultation and clinical supervision to emerging mental health professionals. Dr. Maxson lends her experience to provide individual &/or group supervision.
